-Respect other’s privacy. We have a quiet peaceful family resort, loud rowdy behavior will result in eviction with no refund.

-No diving off the docks or swim platform as the water is not deep. Swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty.

-Lifejackets are required when using kayaks and/or paddleboard. You must bring them with you as we do have a few but it is not guaranteed that we will have something that fits your needs.

-We have firewood for your use. We just ask that you make a donation to help keep it going.

-If you use the extra blankets or pillows on the shelves, please leave them on the bed upon checkout so we are able to clean and sanitize them prior to the next guests’ arrival.

-If you are in need of something that we may have forgotten to put in your cabin please call us at (989) 464-4778 and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

-Items in cabins are provided for your comfort & enjoyment, should something break or be damaged, please just let us know so we can ensure the next guest’s stay is just as comfortable as yours.

-If you are here as part of a group, please be courteous and return items back to the cabin they came from so the next guest’s stay is as comfortable as yours.

-Our expectation upon your check-out is that you will leave the cabin in a similar state as to what it was upon your arrival as we do not charge you a cleaning fee.

-We do not expect you to deep clean it but we do expect that you will respect us enough to do a light cleaning before leaving and the dishes are washed and either left in the dish drainer to dry or dried and put away.
